John I. Gordon, Of Counsel

John I. Gordon specializes in international transactions with expertise advising clients on global intellectual property, technology, software, telecommunications, digital media/entertainment and consumer products matters, including related corporate, licensing, commercial and tax issues. He has worked with companies in all stages of development from start-up to large multinationals. John is also a published author on international legal topics in the Los Angeles Lawyer and California Bar Journal. He has lived in China, Hong Kong, Europe and the Middle East, advised and closed transactions in over 50 countries worldwide and speaks Mandarin Chinese. John received his BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and his law degree from the University of Southern California.
