Sue Bian

Ms. Sue Bian is a CA State and NY State licensed attorney. Sue earned her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from University of Arizona and received her Bachelor of Law degree from Tongji University, Shanghai, China.

Prior to joining Steve Qi & Associates, Sue worked at an established immigration law firm in Southern California, where she helped many foreigners obtain their immigration benefits. Sue’s major fields of practice include Labor Certification, National Interest Waiver, Alien of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, H-1B, L and O Nonimmigrant working visas, E Treaty Trader and Investor visas, Religious Worker program and removal proceedings.

Sue is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
